I loved my new watch however the print I have ordered arrived with a few wrinkles/marks of the journey and when I reported the issue with photos and even asked if there's was any instructions on how to readjust the bracelet on the watch, to my wrist size, I have received no reply whatsover. Even messaged at least two times on Instragam, where before my purchase I had replies and after just silence. For me as a customer, the customer care after purchase is just as important if not more as before buying the product so I think it's disappointing that doesn't seem to be a priority
